Umarım geri gelmem
Öncelikle ailemi evlilik yıldönümleri için gönderdim sağolsunlar ilettiğim notu dikkate almışlar. Fakat konamaklamayla ilgili tek iyi şey odanın temizliği ve manzarası oldu. Geri kalan hizmet, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği çok kötü seviyede. Kahvaltı için bir çay bardağı bile yok porselen fincanlarda servis ediyorlar(Çayın memleketi Rizede). Termal havuzun su sıcaklığı düşüktü insanlar normal havuz gibi içerisinde yüzüyorlardı. Özet geçmek gerekirse gecelik ücreti bu kadar yüksek olan bir yerden daha kaliteli bir hizmet beklerdim. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve önermiyorum. Ek olarak Türkçe konuşan çalışanı resepsiyon dışında bulmanız zor :)

Тут достаточно сказать : Не тратьте деньги и время ,не рискуйте своим здоровьем! После ужина в ресторане - попала в больницу с отравлением и инфекцией . 3 дня с температурой и рвотой! В больнице рядом с отелем сказали ,что это не первый случай. А дальше думайте сами стоит ли ехать сюда

Öncelikle şunu belirtmeliyim; Doğa icinde çok güzel bir otel.Derenin huzurlu akışı kuş sesleri inanılmaz huzurlu hissettik. Otel de spa bölümünü kullandık havuz alanı hamam masaj odaları ***et bakımlıydı.Spa personelindem cok memnun kaldık en kısa zamanda tekrar ziyaret edeceğim . Herkese tavsiye ederim ailece gidebileceğiniz bir yer.Tşk.

Otel temiz , orman içinde muhteşem bir manzarası var .yemek çeşidi az olmakla birlikte yemekler lezzetli , çocuklar için küçük bir top havuzu dışında bir aktivite yok .termal havuzda havlu hizmeti yok buna şaşırdım , çalışanlar genel anlamda çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü sadece resepsiyondaki kadın görevli çok suratsız …

Yoldan 5arkadas sabah saatinde geldik 3gece konaklicaktik fakat iki saat erken oda vermek için yarı fiyat ücret istendi beklerken çay kahve dahi vermek istemediler.Aşırı ilgisizler çok yorgun olduğumuz için 1gece belki kalırız.otelin sahibi sanırım çok zengin öylesine tutulan bir işletme gibi...

Berbat otel. Kahvaltıda Arapları soymak için dizayn ediliyor her şey. Otelde Türk yok. Çalışanlar bile Arap kökenli. Herşey dahil antlaşma yapmama rağmen Kahvaltı dışında çay ücretli. Omlet bile ücretli. Günlük 3 su hakkınız var herhalde.

Konumu,doğası ,hijyeni,personelin güler yüzlülüğü.. Sayılabilecek daha bir çok özelliği var olan bu termal oteli mutlaka gelip deneyimlemeniz gerek.Ozellikle resepsiyon görevlisi İbrahim Bey'in ilgi ve alakası otelin daha girişteki sıcak yüzünü göstermekte .Her şey için teşekkürler ridos .
